2. Services Offered

TheScrapper.in provides a platform for connecting vehicle owners with our scrap collection service in Maharashtra. We offer price quotes, doorstep pickup, and assistance with vehicle documentation.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Quotes provided are estimates based on information submitted
• Final price is confirmed by our executive at the time of pickup after physical inspection
• Payment is made immediately upon completion of pickup
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer

4. User Obligations

• You must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to sell it
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful
• You must provide valid identity proof at the time of pickup
• You must ensure the vehicle is accessible for pickup at the agreed time

5. Vehicle Documentation

TheScrapper.in assists with vehicle documentation as a value-added service. We do not guarantee government processing timelines, which are subject to official processing. You remain responsible for ensuring all regulatory processes are completed.

6. Cancellation Policy

Pickup appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheScrapper.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
